A few months ago, we transitioned Mae from her convertible crib to an official toddler bed. Part of me thinks toddler beds are totally unnecessary, but we decided that getting one made sense for us as Mae’s room is pretty small & Winnie will soon be moving in with her. Mae’s also petite and I think she’ll be able to fit in her toddler bed comfortably until we move into another house, hopefully next year!
I’m so sad that I can’t find the toddler bed we bought for Mae anywhere online since it’s just a few months old and we’ve been so happy with it. It’s the Jenny Lind by DaVinci and we were able to get a matching crib. (Update! The Jenny Lind by DaVinci Toddler Bed is back in stock!) The good news is there are so many other adorable options out there for anyone else on the hunt. We actually debated on quite a few of these before making our final decision. Here are my top eight, starting at just $60.
1 | IKEA Sniglar ($60) The most affordable option on the list. I love the simplicity and clean lines.
2 | DaVinci Modena Toddler Bed ($90) A classic style that would work in so many rooms. Also available in black, espresso, and white.
5 | IKEA Busunge ($199) I was so tempted by this bed for Mae, but discovered it after we painted her room pink and thought pink walls and a pink bed might be a little overkill. You can see it in a bedroom here. Also available in blue.
